Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe work practices and sanitary design in all equipment and facility changes.
- Provide advanced mechanical engineering expertise for equipment design, fluid systems, and reliability improvements.
- Support daily manufacturing operations by resolving process, quality, and equipment issues.
- Specify and purchase equipment for new processes and products.
- Lead or assist with equipment installation, modification, and process improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Train teams and provide technical expertise to improve manufacturing processes.
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Strong experience in statistical process control, Lean/Six Sigma, and team leadership.
- Skilled in 3-D modeling and technical problem-solving.
- Organized and able to handle multiple projects.
