We’re seeking a dynamic Mid-Senior level Electrical Engineer to lead new product development and enhance legacy equipment for a client in the commercial alliance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive new IoT innovation with a world class industrial food equipment manufacturer.

· Collaborate with assembly teams, field personnel, and vendors to deliver top-tier solutions.

· Ensure regulatory compliance and provide technical expertise to sales and engineering teams.

· Create and manage detailed technical documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Board level circuit design, relay logic circuit design, electrical circuit troubleshooting, IoT

implementation, software coding, hardware design and selection, and sensor selection.

· Vendor selection, project management, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to identify latent customer needs.

· Decision making is based on a sound understanding of business implications and customer needs and expectations.

· CAD Modeling – Autodesk Inventor preferred, stainless steel sheet metal fabrication and design, mechanical design, plastic component design, electrical/electronic circuit design, and knowledge of codes and standards for plumbing, sanitation, electrical, and building.

· Familiarity with commercial water heaters and heat pumps, plastic injection molding, machine tooling and fabrication.

· Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree or comparable years of experience of 5-10 years.

Salary:

The salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000, based on experience and qualifications.
