Fluidics Engineer - Refrigeration

We are seeking a Senior Fluidics Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced fluidic systems for our innovative product lines. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, leveraging technical strategies and best practices to drive successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or participate in project teams focused on New Product Development, Continuous Product Improvement, or Feature Innovation.
  • Design, test, and review fluidic systems across all product lines.
  • Utilize methodologies like Concept Selection, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and Design Validation Plans for fluidic systems development.
  • Apply engineering theory of fluidics to practical applications in product delivery.
  • Conduct mathematical and computer-based analyses to develop innovative and reliable fluidic system solutions.
  • Develop technical drawings, models, and specifications using engineering software and tools.
  • Conduct testing, collect and analyze data, and interpret test results to evaluate performance, reliability, and safety.
  • Identify areas for improvement, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement design modifications of existing product lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure project goals are met.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements, industry trends, and technological innovations in fluid transport, storage, cooling, mixing, dispensing, valving, and pressurized system design.
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities, including attending training programs, workshops, and conference.
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in an engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of engineering principles, theory, modeling, and concept application as they relate to fluid systems.
  • Proficiency in CAD software or other engineering tools and applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred:
  • Knowledge of 8D or DMAIC problem-solving principles and application.
  • Knowledge of design for manufacturing, automation, assembly, and serviceability.
