The successful person will have... 
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention in a service-based industry.

  • Strong sales acumen, with a track record of meeting or exceeding enhancement and new business sales goals within the commercial landscaping or grounds maintenance sector.

  • Hands-on knowledge of horticultural practices, plant health, and landscape maintenance, with the ability to guide both clients and production teams.

  • Effective team coordination and communication skills, able to clearly relay client expectations and collaborate with operations, production, and administrative staff.

  • Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple sites, adapting to seasonal landscaping needs, and maintaining service excellence year-round—including tasks like winter pruning, irrigation management, and dormant season maintenance
