• Strong financial and operational management skills, including budgeting, labor efficiency, productivity tracking, and delivering results through key performance metrics.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth, including new contract acquisition, enhancement sales, customer retention, and collaboration with business development teams.
• Deep understanding of landscape maintenance operations, including production scheduling, equipment oversight, quality assurance, and seasonal service planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build client trust, resolve conflicts, and coordinate effectively across departments and leadership levels.
