The successful person will have... 
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, including upselling enhancements and securing new commercial maintenance contracts.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with experience targeting property managers, facility directors, and commercial real estate stakeholders.
  • Confident in building strategic relationships, representing the company professionally in client meetings, site walks, and proposal presentations.
  • Skilled in estimating and assembling competitive bids, translating client needs into tailored landscape maintenance and enhancement solutions.
  • Focused on market expansion and territory growth, with a proactive approach to networking, regional trends, and seasonal service offerings in Southern climates.
