Product Engineer
New Braunfels, TXOur Client is looking for a Product Engineer – Performance Textiles to help bring the next generation of racing gear to life. This is an on-site role in New Braunfels, TX, where engineering meets innovation and motorsports passion.

- Design & Develop: Support product design using CAD, simulation, and hands-on testing.
- Prototype & Test: Build prototypes, analyze data, and drive continuous product improvements.
- Research Materials: Evaluate new textile materials for durability and high performance.
- Ensure Compliance: Assist with certifications and safety standards (SFI, FIA, DOT, etc.).
- Support Production: Collaborate with manufacturing to transition products into production.
- Leverage Feedback: Incorporate customer and real-world testing into future designs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related).
- Experience with performance textiles & textile manufacturing.
- CAD design proficiency + prototyping and testing experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical principles, material selection, and test data analysis.
- Familiarity with PLCs, SQL, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety standards (SFI, FIA, Snell, DOT) is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish is a bonus.
- Strong interest in motorsports (required).
- Ability to work on-site in New Braunfels, TX, with up to 20% travel.
