As Director of Operations, you will:

• Lead and execute the Safety Manufacturing strategy aligned with company objectives

• Oversee all manufacturing and distribution operations with a focus on productivity, cost, and quality

• Build, lead, and develop high-performing manufacturing teams

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction programs

• Develop KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations

• Own and manage division budgets and financial performance

• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence

• Partner with senior leadership on long-term growth strategy, expansion, and advanced manufacturing technology

• Ensure a safe and compliant work environment in collaboration with EHS teams

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of operations leadership experience in manufacturing and distribution

• Proven track record of driving productivity improvements and cost reduction initiatives

• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, cost management, and P&L leadership

• Experience leading a business unit or division

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities
