We are looking for an Operations Manager who will lead the day to day Field activities of this rapidly growing team in a hybrid role combining strategy building and driving that strategy in the field. The successful person will…

Lead daily operations across landscape construction and outdoor living teams, ensuring projects run on time, on budget, and at a high standard of quality.

Establish a strong operational rhythm by running weekly leadership meetings and tracking key performance metrics that drive accountability and clarity.

Build scalable systems using Lean principles, standardizing planning, job kickoff, quality control, and project closeout.

Develop leaders and strengthen culture by coaching managers, crew leaders, and field teams while reinforcing high standards and collaboration.

Drive operational efficiency through technology, leveraging software, Operating System, Lean principles and automation tools to improve visibility and reduce administrative waste.
