Regional Sales Manager- Southeast

Our client is a leader in the Aftermarket Diesel Parts Distribution market and is looking for a growth driver across the Southeastern Region selling to Diesel Engine Repair shops, Fleet Service groups and Dealerships.
 
The successful person will...  
  • Have a high-impact hunter mentality focused on winning net-new business and expanding territory coverage across fleets, repair shops, dealers, distributors, and engine rebuilders.
  • Leverage deep diesel engine parts expertise to earn credibility with technical buyers, influence stocking decisions, and displace incumbent suppliers.
  • Own the full sales cycle in an exclusive territory—from prospecting and closing to initial onboarding—while partnering with a STRONG inside sales for long-term account relationship building.
  • Build a highly autonomous, repeatable / data-driven pipeline... be comfortable using CRM to manage routing, activity, forecasting and conversion rate tracking / wins.
  • Spend the majority of their time in the field, developing face-to-face relationships with decision-makers and driving consistent revenue growth.
