Account Manager

We’re looking for an Account Manager to lead Commercial and Maintenance sales in a full-time, year-round role with strong earning potential and a supportive, team-first environment.


What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Driving new business and renewals for commercial landscape maintenance contracts (lawn care, fertilization, seasonal cleanups, edging, and mulch)
  • Managing and growing client relationships across your portfolio
  • Identifying and selling enhancement opportunities within your accounts (with operations handling execution)
  • Leading snow & ice contract sales and maintaining client communication throughout the season
  • Building, owning, and expanding your book of business over time

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance sales
  • Proven ability to close deals and retain long-term clients
  • Experience in maintenance and/or enhancement sales preferred
  • Exposure to snow and ice services is a plus
