We’re looking for an Account Manager to lead Commercial and Maintenance sales in a full-time, year-round role with strong earning potential and a supportive, team-first environment.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Driving new business and renewals for commercial landscape maintenance contracts (lawn care, fertilization, seasonal cleanups, edging, and mulch)
- Managing and growing client relationships across your portfolio
- Identifying and selling enhancement opportunities within your accounts (with operations handling execution)
- Leading snow & ice contract sales and maintaining client communication throughout the season
- Building, owning, and expanding your book of business over time
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance sales
- Proven ability to close deals and retain long-term clients
- Experience in maintenance and/or enhancement sales preferred
- Exposure to snow and ice services is a plus
