OPE Sales Manager

Naples, Florida
We need someone who will own and grow our commercial customer base. Success in this role looks like a thriving book of landscape contractors, fleet operators, and commercial end users who think of us first when they need equipment and who keep coming back. The right person builds those relationships from the ground up, closes business in the field, and comes back to the dealership to set the team up to support and retain every account they win.

The successful person will...

Prospect, develop, and close new commercial accounts including Landscapers, Fleet Managers, Municipalities and other professional end users.
Spend roughly half their time in the field: on job sites, at contractor shops, and at industry events where buying decisions are made.
Conduct equipment demonstrations and position our top-tier commercial lineup in both battery and gas-powered equipment as the clear professional choice.
Manage their pipeline, track activity, and report on commercial revenue growth with consistency and accountability.
Work the showroom floor on complex commercial transactions and handle walk-in professional customers with expertise.
Coordinate with service and parts to deliver on every promise made in the field because their reputation is built on follow-through.
Bring 3 - 5 years of commercial OPE sales experience with a proven ability to build territory, not just maintain it. 
Have super runway for growth as the location and market grow.
