We're partnering with a growing Landscape Construction company in the Syracuse market on a search for a Design-Build Sales Consultant. The  opportunity is a place at the table as decisions are made with this team that is exploding with growth.
 

This role owns the entire client journey...

🔺 Residential and commercial design-build sales

🔺 Full estimating responsibility across hardscape, outdoor living, drainage, retaining walls, and planting

🔺 Proposal development, presentation, and closing

🔺 Project handoff and coordination with operations

🔺 Pipeline management and business development

 

What winning looks like here:

🔴 Profitable projects closed consistently

🔴 Proposals delivered fast and accurately

🔴 Strong gross margins protected through disciplined estimating

🔴 Clients who come back and refer their neighbors

🔴 Operations team that can execute because the handoff was clean

 

What we're looking for:

♦️ Proven background in landscape construction, design-build, hardscape, or outdoor living sales

♦️ Real estimating experience on construction projects

♦️ Someone who can confidently talk budgets, options, and value with homeowners and commercial clients alike

♦️ Highly organized, strong follow-through, and relationship-driven 

♦️ Existing network in the Central New York market is a serious plus
