The Opportunity

A well-established, growing organization is adding a VP of Human Resources to its executive leadership team. This is a direct report to the CEO with real influence over company strategy, culture, and organizational performance across multiple business locations.

What You'll Own

  • HR strategy aligned to business objectives
  • Organizational design and workforce planning alongside the CEO and executive team
  • Full HR function across multiple locations
  • Talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards programs
  • HR compliance across federal, state, and local employment law
  • Change management and organizational growth initiatives
  • HR metrics and workforce analytics for executive decision-making
  • Direct presentations to executive leadership and the Board

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership
  • Multi-location organization experience — hourly and salaried workforces
  • Strong background in organizational development, culture transformation, and talent management
  • HRIS experience: UKG, Workday, ADP, Oracle HCM, or Dayforce
  • Multi-state compliance knowledge
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred
  • Bachelor's required — Master's or MBA preferred
  • Executive presence with strong communication and relationship-building skills

Private equity or high-growth business experience is a strong plus.
